Rick is the founder and chief executive officer of NewsUSA. As the driving force behind the company since 1987, Rick has built NewsUSA into a multi million dollar company with over 3,000 clients nationwide. Before founding NewsUSA, Rick founded News Canada Inc., which he sold to MDC Corporation, a large publicly traded Canadian company. He has a B.A. in Economics from York University in Toronto, an honorary degree in accounting from the University of Windsor, and he studied in the MBA and CPA programs at the University of Toronto before joining Deloitte & Touche. He is the author of three best-selling self-help business books: Getting Started, Getting Money and Getting Sales. |

As general manager of NewsUSA, Mike oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. A seasoned and accomplished media industry veteran, he has been instrumental in the company's growth since he joined the team in 1998. Prior to joining NewsUSA, he worked for the Public Broadcasting Service and was responsible for marketing PBS programming to community colleges for adult education. Mike has also been an independent cable television producer and newsletter publisher as well as a reporter for Congressional Quarterly and editor for McGraw-Hill, the publishing company. Mike holds a B.A. and M.A. from George Washington University and served as a public information specialist in the U.S. Army. |

Lisa Farese oversees the editorial department production including writing and editing print and radio features. She assists NewsUSA's clients in developing feature ideas that will generate nationwide newspaper placements. Before joining NewsUSA in July 2007, she wrote for various publications as well as for public relations companies. Lisa has a master's degree in mass communications and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida. |

Scott Peters has extensive experience in broadcast and visual media, sales and writing in addition to having worked with computers for over 15 years. His first position was as DP Manager for a pioneering Top-50 telemarketing firm (first Voicelink site in the nation), most recently he was at the Peace Corps, where he created a database that tracked all staff nationally and internationally. He has a bachelor's degree in Film and Television Production, Film Option, with minors in electrical engineering and music. He now brings his painfully eclectic talents to bear on NewsUSA's custom database application that tracks all facets of the production process, sales missions, media relations, fulfillment tracking, and now web delivery of content to both print and electronic media.
